Blueberry Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a real lifesaver on busy mornings – you can mix them together quickly and easily the night before! With Semu pure juice and berry powder you’ll also add natural vitamins and minerals to your breakfast. If you make the porridge in a glass jar, it’s easy to take with you to work.

Ingredients

  • 2 dl rolled oats
  • 1 dl milk
  • 1 dl Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Semu wild blueberry juice
  • 2 tsp Semu blueberry powder

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Leave in the fridge to develop flavour for a few hours or overnight.
Before eating, you can add berries, seeds or nuts.
