This tangy jam with a soft, velvety texture is perfect with porridge, bread and pancakes, and can also be added to yoghurt and desserts. It creates an exciting flavour combination when served with hard cheeses and goat cheese.

Storage: At room temperature, protected from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated (2–3 weeks).

Ingredients: Sea buckthorn purée, sugar, drinking water, pectin. Made from 56 g of sea buckthorn purée and 40 g of sugar per 100 g of finished product.
