PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is used for managing customer orders and delivering goods. Purchase history data (date of purchase, goods, quantity, customer data) is used to create an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences. The bank account number is used to refund payments to the customer. Personal data such as email, phone number, customer name are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support). The IP address or other network identifiers of the e-store user are processed for the provision of the e-store as an information society service and for web usage statistics.
LEGAL BASIS
The processing of personal data takes place for the purpose of fulfilling a contract concluded with the customer. The processing of personal data takes place for the fulfillment of a legal obligation (e.g., accounting and resolution of consumer disputes).
RECIPIENTS TO WHOM INFORMATION IS TRANSFERRED
Personal data is stored on zone.ee servers located in a member state of the European Union or a country that has joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose data protection level has been deemed adequate by the European Commission, and to US companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework. Access to personal data is granted to e-store employees who can view the personal data to resolve technical issues related to the use of the e-store and to provide customer support services. The e-store implements appropriate physical, organizational, and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure. The transfer of personal data to authorized processors of the e-store (e.g., transport service provider and data hosting) takes place on the basis of agreements concluded between the e-store and the authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protective measures in the processing of personal data.
ACCESSING AND AMENDING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data can be accessed and amended in the e-store user profile. If a purchase was made without a user account, personal data can be accessed through customer support.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
If the processing of personal data is based on the customer's consent, the customer has the right to withdraw consent by notifying customer support via email.
DELETION
To delete personal data, please contact customer support via email. The deletion request will be answered within one month at the latest, specifying the data deletion period.
TRANSFER
A request for the transfer of personal data submitted by email will be answered within one month at the latest. Customer support will identify the individual and inform them of the personal data to be transferred.
DIRECT MARKETING NOTIFICATIONS
The email address and phone number are used for sending direct marketing notifications if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing notifications, they must select the corresponding link in the email footer or contact customer support. If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to the initial and further processing of their personal data, including profiling for direct marketing purposes, by notifying customer support via email (info@semujuice.eu).
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support (Trocos Trade OÜ Reg. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
