TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE
The owner of the online store semujuice.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OÜ Trocos Trade (registration code 10568641), located at Hõbepaju tee 23, Viimsi vald, Harjumaa, 74001.
Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method. The amount to be paid will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay
NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Back to merchant" button on the bank's page.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store's bank account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Delivery
Goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia
The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: pick up the goods yourself, home delivery by Sendpack Eesti OÜ courier company.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2 business days from the effective date of the sales agreement. Deliveries outside Estonia take place within 7 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is permitted for testing goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted and sent to info@semujuice.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except when the reason for return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may withhold refunds until it has received the object of the contract back or until the buyer has provided proof that they have sent the object back, whichever occurs earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost exceeding the cost associated with the ordinary delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been marked significantly below the market price due to an error.
Right to File a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that appears within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within 1 year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store's obligation to disprove this presumption.
If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an email to info@semujuice.eu or by calling +3725010644.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales agreement to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal data to transport service providers in order to deliver the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed such a wish by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to info@semujuice.eu or by calling +3725010644.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve a dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of procedure can be reviewed and an application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also turn to the European Union platform for resolving consumer disputes.
